What is the delivery time?
Standard Royal Mail deliveries arrive in 2-3 working days. We dispatch orders twice a week when you order online. For any queries on your order please get in touch with us using our online form here. Please remember to state your order number.

For Special Next Day UK delivery, order by 10 am GMT the day before (Monday to Thursday).

Do you do Free local delivery ?
Yes, if you are living in the N6 area, we are happy to deliver free of charge.

What is the delivery charge?
We use Royal Mail for delivering our products to you at their freshest!

• Our standard delivery charge for a single 4 pack box is £3.50; for a ‘Special Next Day Delivery by 1 pm, it is £9.00.
• Our standard delivery charge for two 4 pack boxes is £3.50; for a ‘Special Next Day Delivery by 1 pm, it is £9.00
• Our standard delivery charge for three 4 pack boxes is £4.00; for a ‘Special Next Day Delivery by 1 pm, it is £9.00
• Free delivery for orders totalling £60.00 or more.

Do you delivery internationally?
Currently, we do not fulfil international orders. However, if you are interested in our products, please drop us a line using our online form here, and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is the returns policy?
In the rare case you need to return a product (although we believe our products will not disappoint), please write to us using our online form here, giving details and photos (if relevant) of the issue you experienced within a week after receiving the parcel. We will do our very best to keep you a happy customer!

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours or sooner, providing your order number. Please bear in mind that orders can only be cancelled up until they are despatched. Since we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible at any time once the order has been placed.
